We had an unforgettable time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We particularly appreciate their excellent recommendations on the best places to visit in this city. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to all town locations by foot. We loved the comfy rooms, and the furniture was nicely arranged. The delicious breakfast was an incredible way to start our day of adventure.

This hotel has a great location, nestled in a pleasant area near the main street with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Some rooms offer nice views of the harbor and Beagle Channel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is great, from free wifi to prompt medical attention if needed. Breakfast is varied and of good quality, while the exercise room offers a range of equipment.

Great location! Just a block from the main street with lots of restaurant and shop options and a supermarket nearby. The room was clean and had heated floors, which was a nice surprise. , the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good with a decent variety of options.
The WiFi was unreliable and incompatible with our mobile devices. the blinds didn't work properly, which made it difficult to sleep in when the sun rose early.

Great breakfast variety and comfortable beds made for a good start of the day. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping area and walking distance from the harbor. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked for extra towels.
The room lacked proper sound insulation so we could hear every single noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. The gym facilities were outdated with some broken equipment.
